2. Digital Products: Delivery and Usage Policy

Our products (eBooks, Planners, and Printables) are strictly digital in nature. No physical product will be shipped to your address.

  • Electronic Delivery Process: After a successful transaction via our payment gateways, a download link will be generated. You will receive this link on the post-checkout page and via an automated email. Please check your “Spam” or “Promotions” folder if the email does not appear in your inbox within 10 minutes.
  • Data Integrity & Backups: While we maintain your purchase history in our system, the responsibility for the safety of the downloaded file lies with the user. We recommend saving your files to a secure cloud storage service (like Google Drive or Dropbox) immediately after purchase. We reserve the right to limit the number of times a download link can be accessed to prevent link-sharing.
  • Technical Compatibility: Our planners and printables are typically provided in PDF or high-resolution Image formats. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure they have the compatible software (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, GoodNotes, or Notability) and hardware (printer, tablet, or stylus) required to use the products effectively.

3. Professional Services and Consulting Engagements

In addition to digital products, Nitish Verma offers professional consulting and creative services.

  • Service Agreements: For any bespoke consulting work, a separate “Statement of Work” (SOW) will be provided. The SOW will outline the specific deliverables, timelines, and communication protocols. These Terms and Conditions shall complement any such specific agreement.
  • Client Cooperation: The success of any professional service depends on your cooperation. You agree to provide timely feedback, necessary credentials, and accurate information. Delays caused by a lack of client response may result in shifted deadlines or additional administrative fees.

4. Payments, Billing, and Global Transactions

  • Payment Gateway Integration:
    • Domestic (India): We utilize Razorpay and PayU to process payments via UPI, Credit/Debit cards, and Net Banking. These gateways are PCI-DSS compliant.
    • International: Clients outside India are required to use PayPal. Please note that PayPal may apply currency conversion fees depending on your local bank’s policies.
  • Automated Invoicing via Zoho Invoice: To ensure transparency and tax compliance, all transactions are processed through Zoho Invoice. An automated, GST-compliant invoice (where applicable) will be sent to your registered email address. This serves as your official proof of purchase.
  • Payment Disputes: In the event of an unauthorized charge or a billing error, you agree to contact us at info@nitishverma.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues amicably.

5. Strict Refund and Cancellation Policy

Given the intangible and irrevocable nature of digital goods, we maintain a firm refund policy.

  • Digital Products (No Refunds): Because you receive immediate access to the full content of an eBook or Planner upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for “change of mind” or accidental purchases. We provide detailed descriptions and previews for each product to help you make an informed decision.
  • Technical Errors: If you receive a corrupted file or the download link fails to work, we will provide a replacement link or file. Please report such issues within 7 days of purchase.
  • Service Cancellations: Refunds for professional services are governed by the specific service contract. Generally, initial deposits are non-refundable as they cover the administrative costs and time allocated for your project.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
